Infrared Patching

Infrared patching is used to complete even the most complex asphalt repairs. We use this technology for repair projects that include potholes, severely cracked areas, catch basins and more.

Using this technology, repairs only take about 15 or 20 minutes. Repairs are seamless and traffic in the area can also start shortly after the repair is complete.

The area to be repaired is marked and then our 6' x 8' infrared unit heats the damaged asphalt. Once warmed, the asphalt is raked out, asphalt rejuvenator is sprayed and then new asphalt is laid.

Crack Sealing

Cracked asphalt surfaces worsen over time and lead to more damage and higher repair costs. Keep your lot and driveway looking great by sealing and repairing cracks before they need larger repairs or turn into potholes.

Our high-quality products ensure a good seal. We route cracks to make repairs last longer, use a heat lance to clean the cracks and use a temperature-controlled rubber melter to apply sealant evenly.

GAP Mastic

GAP Mastic is a type of asphalt that is modified with polymer and applied to asphalt hot. We recommend for this be used on extremely wide cracks. It's perfect for cracks that are larger than average and smaller than what is needed for infrared patching.

GAP Mastic gives the same durability that typical repairs provide. Mastic is flexible and durable, making it perfect for lasting against traffic and harsh weather.

Catch Basin

Catch basins or storm drains are essential to keeping water draining correctly. As basins settle or age, they may lose functionality.

We repair storm drains and the asphalt around them. Badgerland Sealing also installs and adjusts catch basins as well.

Asphalt Cutouts

Asphalt cutouts are a great way to fix areas where the asphalt falls apart. We start by repairing the base and then adding new asphalt, compacting it and making sure it’s ready for traffic.
