Eric Behnke – Owner

Eric founded Badgerland Sealing in 1993. Since then, Eric has continued to grow his company with a wide variety of asphalt maintenance services. Eric's main goal is to provide high-quality asphalt maintenance services and build long-lasting relationships with his clients.

Eric attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and graduated with a degree in Physical Education. He also holds a master’s degree in education from Viterbo University.

Brad Van Caster - Director of Operations

Brad has been with Badgerland Sealing since 2010. Brad started in the field and has moved up to Director of Operations, but he still enjoys going out with the crews when he can. Brad oversees all company operations. Brad ensures our clients understand how the project will go from start to finish and he always takes the time to explain the process.

Brad attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and graduated with a degree in Physical Education.
